was honored to welcome the distinguished designer Yasuko, and her collection of kimonos, jackets, and assorted garments, many made of vintage Japanese textiles.

For one day only, the artist herself was on hand to not only present her unique fashions, but also to share the rich history behind these traditional yet modern pieces.

Gems, antique glass, chards and other treasures are combined to create lovely necklaces, earrings and assorted pins. Sally Bass & Mary Jane St. Amand made personal appearances at Cotton & Lace on Saturday, November 8th, 2003.
